apartments
 + -1 moreThe carpet in the hallway is filthy. The paint on the walls and doors in the hallway is chipped everywhere. The elevator is sticky and smells. The maintenance is horrible.
Description of Work: I just moved in about a month ago. I never got to see my apartment before I moved in because the apartment was not ready.
