Ceramic Tile Service, Bathtub Restoration
The bid was for $450. He spent 10 hours the first day & 4 hours the second day, to spray & clean up. This was about twice the time he said it would take. After he finished, he said he had spent more time than anticipated, so the bill was now $600. We paid this. After several days we removed the paper & plastic from the walls & found that the bottom of the tub had not been properly prepped before spraying. We called him & he returned the next day. His return trip, for re-spraying the tub, was about 3 hours. There was no charge for this.
