 + -1 moreI have only had 1 incident with fazios where they lost a pair of wool pants. It took about a week but they were able to locate the item. Other than that, I've always had good experiences with them.
Description of Work: I've been using fazio cleaners for years. They aren't cheap but the quality is always good. They send out coupons on a regular basis so I always get 40% off dry cleaning and 20% off shirt laundering. The cost is high even with the coupons. However, if clothes are brought in before 11am, they are usually ready same day after 5pm. I guess that's the price for getting clothes dry cleaned quickly. There is also a tailor on the premises. He's not cheap either but he does good work.

 + -1 moreTHE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THIS LOCATION. THE STAFF ARE VERY ATTENTIVE AND REQUESTS ARE ALWAYS COMPLETED TO SPECIFICATION. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED.
Description of Work: I BOUGHT A PAIR OF TROUSERS THAT WERE TOO LONG AND NEEDED TO BE ALTERED. MY MEASUREMENTS WERE TAKEN AND THE TROUSERS WERE CUT AND ALTERED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF MY INITIAL REQUEST.
