I have only had 1 incident with fazios where they lost a pair of wool pants. It took about a week but they were able to locate the item. Other than that, I've always had good experiences with them.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THIS LOCATION. THE STAFF ARE VERY ATTENTIVE AND REQUESTS ARE ALWAYS COMPLETED TO SPECIFICATION. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED.
