Earnest Homes has been managing the rental of our single-family residence in Burbank, CA, for about the last ten months, and we have been pleased with their service! Instrumental to this has been Daniel Romero, their office manager. Daniel has been the point person we have come to rely upon. Daniel Romero at PMI management has showed up in a way that I haven't experienced with most apartment management companies. He always response within a day, and sometimes same day. Managing a group of diverse tenants is a challenge, what I appreciate with Daniel has been his ability to have hard conversation with respect. He's able to see the tenants' POV and the properties POV. Thank for making living here simple and easy.

I reside in Florida and have a condo in Encino. A difficult relative is living the condo. The unit had mold problems, plumbing issues and a damaged kitchen. Jesse Sasomsup assisted by Julio Silva worked with my relative and the necessary contractors to get the unit up to the HOA’s requirements. Plus they installed a new kitchen with granite counter, rehabbed or replaced plumbing fixtures and replaced and painted drywall in areas where the mold remediation work was completed. Jesse and Julio kept me informed at all times and provided 360 degree photo’s of before and after. I am very satisfied with the service PMI GoldenState provided and will be having them handle the property long into the future. Gary W

Great and fast service! My water heater had broken when I tried to take shower last night. I logged on my tenant portal to send a message. I didn't expect them to get to me so fast but woke up with a phone call this morning saying someone is on his way to fix my water heater. The guy showed up shortly after the phone call and thank god I was able to take a nice hot shower this morning. I was truly impressed because I rented many many places and they normally take days if not weeks. Now I know these guys are really there 24/7 trying to help. Super reliable!

Amazing people! I highly recommend PMI golden state to any home owners out there! My tenant was calling me day and night for every little thing and honestly it was very bothersome so I decided to hire a property management company and called numerous places but didn't like how all these agencies were just too aggressive and didn't sound sincere. Then I've heard some great things about PMI so I decided to give them a call. From the first phone call I already knew I could trust them so we set up a meeting. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, very patient with me and answered all my questions thoroughly and precise. And guess what, there has been 0 phone call ever since they took over. What's great about them is that they report everything on my owner's portal so it's easy for me to get an update without having to call them. How convenient is that? These guys know what they are doing! Thank you PMI golden state for your impeccable service and I'll highly recommend you to anyone who is seeking a property management. (Two thumbs up)
