David was absolutely great - very friendly. He repaired one lock easily - and charged nothing for it. In fact, during the visit he was very honest about what actually needed to be done, and what I could do to save money on things that weren't really necessary. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

GREAT! When I fist called, David suggested I try WD-40 before having him come out, which I totally appreciated! After that didn't work, they came out and did a great job. Prompt, fairly priced, cheerful and responsible. Will totally use them again.

David is an excellent locksmith! I've used his services several times in the past. He always responds quickly. Always polite and punctual. Today he arrived at my home in 10 minutes. David is my go-to locksmith.

For years, my family and I have relied on D Locks to repair locks at both our prior home and our present house. A couple of months ago, a D Locks technician fixed my front door when I was locked out. The same locksmith then fixed the door of my home office. More recently (yesterday) I called D Locks to fix the lock on and install new door knobs on two French doors we have that open to our patio. (The lock froze and we could not go onto our back patio. My wife had gotten a replacement knobs and locks.) Anyhow, when I called, I was delighted to hear that because he was finish a job near me, David could be by in 15 to 20 minutes. When he came to my house, I found out that we had bought the wrong hard ware. Fortunately he was able to modify the stuff we had bought and had an additional spare part in his truck so that he was able to install the hardware we bought.

Amazing. David is so adept and smart. He figured out the lock and changed the handed ness so it could be installed in my gate. He then installed and adjusted the lock to that is slipped close just so. I’m very impressed. Cynthia

David came out at the appointed time and finished the job in under an hour. The new locks look nice and operate easily. No complaints, and I would hire him again.

He easily removed the lock nd the broken key and then adjusted and filed the mechanism to reduce the hitching and friction so that the lock works effortlessly now.

Great! David came in looked at the door and with in 30 minutes he was cleaning up. Door works great and we love it! He even showed me how to rekey my own door. No charge! Very honest and a true professional.

DLocks showed up with a full-service van and did all the work in an excellent manner. Time from request to arrival was excellent -- and as promised which is always very welcome! Also very professional, polite, and gave me good advice on my damaged lock. I would definitely hire DLock again, and recommend them highly.

David was AWESOME!! He was flexible with scheduling and arrived on time. After a quick walkthrough, he replaced all the locks super quick. As he did, he explained maintenance tips for the locks and why some of the previous locks were a little harder to open. The total for replacing all the locks, and spare keys, was VERY fair. And to top it off, he was a really nice guy!

Wonderful service. David not only installed a new lock on my front door he also recommended there was no need to replace the locks on my other outside doors and he removed, cleaned and reinstalled the additional lock on my door. He is honest and skilled. I would not hesitate to have him back again.

Wow, what a service. Finding a trustworthy locksmith is really important. You are placing your trust of your home security to a complete stranger. But David was the best. He came to my home on a Sunday at no extra cost. He was on-time and was extremely helpful. He tried to replace entry door knob/lock and realized the one I purchased at Home Depot was not working properly. He asked me to purchase a new one (he provided explicit instructions on the type of knob to get) and he would return and install at no additional cost. Unlike other service contractors who would have charged me for this visit and the next, David was exceptional. His focus wasn't about getting paid nor trying to nickel & dime your clients. He was all about customer service. He left and it's what happened after that amazed me. I texted him w/ an inquiry on my deadbolt (different lock) and in a day, he researched further w/ vendors and ideas on how I could resolve my problem...cost effectively. The research he did was no joke. He probably saved me hours of research on my own and calling around for answers. Who does that? I can't even get my own employees to do this type of research and I pay them. He is detail oriented, organized and thorough. He came back in a day, finished the job in less than 10 mins. He is committed and very thorough w/ his work. He even made extra keys for me at no additional cost. He is all about customer service. He's easy to talk to and super friendly. I would recommend him to anyone who's looking for good service and job done right. His specialty is commercial, but does residential on the side. I am definitely going to spread the word about this guy!

Very well. We got quotes from 5 different reputable locksmiths in our area (all with great reviews on Angie's List). David was better in ever respect: more thorough in his explanations, more thoughtful about our needs, more conscious about cost, and more attentive to aesthetics in our home. It's rare to find someone who really cares about the quality of work they offer. David went out of his way to get everything just 'right' and didn't cut any corners. He also never tried to up-sell us on things we don't need. In addition to being detailed, he was also very practical, and not outrageously priced. I'll definitely call David again, and will happily recommend him to friends.

This guy is the best. To me it looked really bad. He looked at it for a couple of seconds, explained the problem and had it fixed in 10 minutes at the minimum cost of a service call ! Amazing. 45 dollars. He made me an extra key, free. Super nice. Very efficient and I'll definitely recommend him for any kind of lock work.
