"[member name removed] called my office and made an appointment to meet me at a specific time. When I arrived at the location, he was no where to be found. I called him several times from the job site, and was forwarded to his voice mail. I specifically arrange meetings with homeowners to be present so I can meet with them to explain what can be done to complete the pool restoration. When he called 2 days later, I instructed my secretary to inform to him that we did not work on his type of spa. She indicated that the message had been conveyed. [member name removed] did call back several more times seeking additional information of what to do with his unique situation, but I was unable to address these issues, as they were outside of my scope. Additionally, I believe it is very important for a customer to show up to his scheduled appointments in a timely manner, However, this particular customer did not call or show up at the arranged time. When the customer is not reliable from the get-go, (honoring the scheduled appointment time), I have a gut feeling that this customer/contractor relationship is off to a shaky start. But like I stated earlier, this job was beyond the scope of my business dealings, the surface of this spa is acrylic and like I relayed to [member name removed], I do not work on this material."
