THEY WERE VERY PATIENT WITH ME WHEN I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WERE TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO ME. THEY ALSO UPGRADED MY COMPUTER SO I HAVE MANY MORE FEATURES THAN I DID BEFORE.
