I am completely delighted with every aspect of the work Eric did on my carpet. He arrived on time, quickly gave me an estimate and offered a few options. He and his fellow worker spent 3 hours my very dirty burbar carpet. I think the carpet was new when I moved in 12 years ago, and three dogs later, it was really dirty. I have only praise for the work that was done. And the price was far better than I expected. The agreed upon price was $150. When he saw the (dirty) upholstered ottoman in one of the bedrooms, he asked if I'd like that cleaned also, for an additional $25. I agreed.

Eric and his colleague arrived at the designated time in the morning. They began to set up almost immediately for the job ahead. Eric explained what they would be doing, and how their methodology differed from other service offerings. They worked very hard for quite some time, because the carpets were rather dirty. They had not been cleaned for a few years. They were able to get out all dark spots on my light-colored carpet, and dark areas of heavy traffic looked like the carpet was brand new again. They did an absolutely fantastic job! I will ask them back in the future, and I have no reservations about highly recommending them for any carpet cleaning job! We did choose the Healthy Home Premium Package, because we wanted the extra protection provided in that package.

Let me just start off by saying, finding a good carpet cleaner or a great one is like trying to find a great tailor, there are many people in both professions that do passable work but finding an exemplary one is like finding a needle in the proverbial haystack. Well I found one today with owner Eric & his co-worker Thomas, they arrived promptly on time at my place at 8:00 AM and Eric before he even unpacked his van did a whole house estimation taking into consideration stairs and actual square footage they would be cleaning. He emphasized in person what he had explained over the phone that "He only charges for the square footage of the carpet he is cleaning" which is a nice touch and many other carpet cleaners do not do that. Eric explained in detail what they would be doing gave me 3 different job estimates and began the work. I have a three level townhouse with a ton of stairs and they worked for over 3 hours!! Great job the carpets look like brand new and they're almost 19 years old. Very pleased and will refer to all my friends and neighbors! Thanks so much Eric & Thomas!!!

It went really well. Eric was very professional and was quite detail oriented in the completing the job. He offered different options in the service he provided and did an excellent job! I wouldn't hesitate to use his services in the future.

The workers were fine. Compared to other cleaning providers I've had they did a better job. I thought it was good. They don't use a really soggy wet thing, so you can walk on it within a couple of hours.

As always, excellent. Very responsive, professional, the carpets are thoroughly cleaned and there is no residue or odor when they're finished. They were very good. He was totally professional, they could not have done anything more to be neat, clean and quick. 

He gave me a great price. I liked what he did and have been thinking of calling him back because my boyfriend spills and leaves coffee spots. 

I called he said "I am in the area here's what I will quote if I get there and add up square feet we will work something out if its more". I called on a whim and he agreed to come that day. He had another guy with him and it took about two hours to complete the work.

ChemDry Action Quick was very informative, talked me through the whole process prior to making the appointment. They worked with my schedule, showed up on time, and provided an excellent service. Every aspect of the job was A+++++, 5 Star. We especially appreciated the excellent communication, including a reminder call the night before, and even a call to let us know they were on their way. They explained the options (a carpet protector and anti-allergy treatment) without any pressure to purchase. The work itself was better than we had hoped for - the carpet looks like new. Eric and Thomas arrived at the time scheduled with a call out before they arrived. This is my second time using Chem-Dry Action Quick and I was not disappointed. The first job was 2015 for 2 rooms + 2 area rugs. I was very pleased with the results and called them again. They did a wonderful job on cleaning our cream-colored carpet that had many dark stains that I feared may be permanent. The carpet looks brand new! The customer service is professional, friendly and dependable. I highly recommend using Eric and his team at Chem-Dry Action Quick.
