UPDATE: Unfortunately the rooftop patio entrance leaked significantly during the last rain storm. There was also another leak that bubbled paint both upstairs and downstairs and will probably require drywall replacement. We specifically asked them to make sure the roof entrance was watertight, but it was definitely not - buckets of water came through.
