Boyd Cooper

We had a series of different contractors in our condo throughout the month of April.  I am an extremely detail oriented client.  Boyd was far and away the best overall experience - and did the only work I'd truly call professional.  He came within 60 minutes of me first calling him - and conveniently stopped by to check out the job on his way home from his current project.  He spent the time measuring, explaining the options and potential issues we may have.  He did a lot of follow up research on the best approach and talked us through it.  He had an estimate to us in a couple of days.  Because we live in a condo with very strict contracting rules, Boyd was required to carry the licenses, insurance and workman's comp insurance (all of which he had - and was able to get to us quickly).  He estimated 5 days of work time (prep to final seal).  We settled on a start date - and he and his crew were on time every day.  They were extremely considerate of my wife - who works from home.  Boyd walked her through the process - giving continuous updates on progress and choices.  They kept the place clean, interiors protected and neat considering the amount of work that was being done and the equipment.  
The finished job looks outstanding (and was completed on time).
Boyd is a pro's pro.  I look forward to bringing him back to do the next job (maybe kitchen and/or bathrooms) - or better yet on the next house.

The job went very smoothly. Boyd and his assistant were always on time. They finished the job on time and on budget. They were a joy to have in my home, were great with my dog (and making sure she didn't get out!). They always made sure to clean up every day and kept everything clean as a whistle. I can't recommend Boyd highly enough.
