Beverly Oaks Animal Hospital

I have taken my dogs and cats to Laurie Leach at Beverlyoaks Animal Hospital for over 15 years. She is a wonderful vet and seen me thorugh many medical situations.
I highly recommend her to anybody.

My dog ran out of the yard, was hit by a car and ran away for three days while I was out of town. After we found her, she was in bad shape. I immediately took her to Beverly Oaks where she was promptly seen and treated. Beverly Oaks has a number of vets on staff so during the course of my dog's treatment, I consulted with a number of different vets. Some are more conservative than others in terms of treatment, but overall the care the vets, the techs and the admin staff have for the animals is apparent. I found Beverly Oaks to be rather pricey, but it will continue to be my go-to pet emergency center due to the quality of care my pets receive there.

Have been going to Beverly Oaks for years now and have overall had great experiences. Dr. Leach is wonderful, she isn't always exactly on time but that is also because she really spends whatever amount of time needed on treating animals so I respect that she takes the time needed and believe she is well worth the wait. Beverly Oaks isn't the cheapest, we know that but no emergency vet is given the costs of the equipment, round the clock staff, etc. Their pain management approach with our puppy exceeded my expectations and made his recent surgery a fairly non-event. Our only negative experience was one time when we saw Dr. Sheeba Thomas, I don't believe she works there any longer which is definitely a good thing and wouldn't be surprised if some of the poor reviews out there weren't related to her care. Have seen several other vets at Beverly Oaks with good experiences but Dr. Leach is by far our favorite so we typically ask for her if scheduling in advance.

I had a bad experience and then looked them up on Angie's List and other members had bad experiences. I switch to a new one and am having a great experience.

She checked out my rescue dog. That's all I remember. But I've been there dozens of times over a 14 year period, sometimes for life and death emergencies, all which were well-handled.

Beverly Oaks Animal Hospital comes out to my house and takes care of my cats. They pick up litter, make sure the cats are in good health and will even bring my paper in.

They come out and feed my cats, change the litter and even bring in my paper.
They are very professional and efficient and friendly.

I loved the vet who runs the place, Dr. Leach. She is smart and empathic and everything you would want in a veterinarian. The care of the animals is superior.

It turned out that there was no mass in her stomach, as I took her to another neighborhood vet. What she had was diabetes. If she had the surgery (estimated cost over $2000.00) she probably would have died, as she was old, and diabetics do not heal well after surgery. I reported Dr. Leach to consumer and they fined her $500.00.

Laurel Leach is the veterinarian that I use and she is great. I like that they are open until at least 8 pm and since I work, it is very convenient. They seem to be expensive, but the people there are very competent and figure out what is wrong and deal with it promptly. I also like that they are very good with the animals.

They were very supportive during the whole process. The problem that we ran into was with their billing process. My credit card was never billed, so I was reported to the credit bureau, even though I paid my bill.

WE LIKED THIS PARTICULAR BOARDING FACILITY BECAUSE IT IS CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS CARING AND FRIENDLY. THE PRICES ARE GOOD AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE PET TO BE BOARDED.
