B&B Pool Service

Jeff Capland and a few workers came out and thought the job would take more than one day, anticipating a few problems. But everything went smoothly and he got it all finished in one day. He did a very good job and I am very pleased with the work he did.

Rick and Amy are amazing! They are incredibly responsive and are incredibly knowledgeable about pools. We had first asked them in to quote us a price on converting our manual equipment so that we can control the pool functions from an electronic panel inside the house (of which their costs was VERY affordable - and half the price of what our current guy quoted). But when I had what I thought was a major issue with the pool equipment on a Saturday (the filter banging like it was going to explode) and called my current pool guy for help, he tried walking me through how to fix it on the phone. I did what he told me and 15 minutes later all the spa water was draining into the pool. I called back and he fixed that but never fixed the original problem and told me he would be out on Monday to look at it. I called BB pools for a 2nd opinion and they were at my house in 10 minutes and diagnosed and fixed the problem. I switched to them as my pool maintenance team the next day! They are so wonderful to deal with and handle all my issues quickly and inexpensively! We also had them move forward with the panel conversion and it all works great!

The pool man comes and cleans my pool once a week. He is very pleasant and speaks english. I am extremely happy with his service.
