"Hello [member name removed], we appreciate your comments regarding our service and we apologize for the inconvenience and frustration it may have caused you. But it seems that there was a bit of a miscommunication because you didn’t pay for any repair nor for the service call and no repair was done on the property. Our dispatchers were only trying to get a hold of you just to clarify, because you had some concerns regarding the estimate that was given. After we thoroughly answered all your questions you still weren’t pleased with our price and the reasoning as to why it was that much, you went and got a second opinion from a repair person whose creditability is unknown. Afterwards to appease you we made an agreement with you to only bill you for the service call but the address you provide was incorrect. So once we received the invoice back stating “Return to Sender” we attempted to contact you only for a correct address and nothing more. The issue here was only miscommunication it wasn’t regarding a repair or a service we provided you, hopefully we can work with you in the future and it’ll be a perfect outcome. AM PM Appliance Repair because of their rating. A live person answered the phone and said that someone would be out the next
day between 11 and 2. Steve arrived at 12:30, and unfortunately got a parking ticket while coming up to get a parking pass. It didn't appear to affect his good nature. He diagnosed the problem as a gas valve coil, which he replaced in a matter of minutes, and suggested that the dryer be away from the back wall. The dryer is about 11 years old. I would use this service again, and will
recommend them to friends. THE BEST!
