Pricy.

Amit and his team were absolutely great. To complete the story, I had hired another HVAC company earlier in my renovation and had to fire them halfway through the job. Their work was incomplete and wouldn't even pass the city's current codes.
Amit was a reference from a top GC and he came through. He arrived quickly to assess the job himself. It's never fun to take over a half-baked install. Amit was quick to see what was and what wasn't done right. He's very knowledgeable and he's very hands-on. We set a date for his guys. He was punctual and brought a great team. He had a custom spring-mounted and steel platform constructed to the specs of my unit to help with the noise/vibration of a roof install.
It all came together seamlessly. He isn't cheap (and wasn't the lowest bid) but was well organized and superbly planned - a lesson I learned previously. The job was completed a day earlier than expected and was very impressive. Good craftsmanship. Good structural. And so far so good. I'll follow up when it gets cold in the winter. But so far, I have been very impressed with Amit and Air1. I have nothing but high recommends for this guy.

After my house air conditioning system started to give out during a heatwave, I had a few HVAC companies come over to give me bids. It was very depressing until Amit from Air 1 showed up.
He quickly sized up what needed to be done and proprosed to do the same or more than the others for much less.
I was equally impressed with his HVAC plan and his assurance that there would be no extra charges.
Within one day of work, his crew installed a new furnace, new condenser, new coil., some new ducting (no extra charge) , and an attic fan! They started at 8:00 AM and finished by 3:30 PM, mostly working in the hot attic. As well, they put the new condenser and its custom stand on the roof without a crane.
In the end, I am incredibly happy about finding Air 1 and my new HVAC system. I know that I could not have done better than Air 1!

He deserves a triple A. He was already done for the day. He came out to help me as it was a heat wave and he wanted to be sure that my air conditioning was working. Nobody else I called was able to come out for such an emergency. He came out, fixed my problem, and even came to check on further problems I might have. I really appreciate the great customer service. Amit, the owner, was really great and took wonderful care of me. He was really phenomenal. He showed me how to take care of the problem even if I needed to have someone besides him come out. This was just so honest and great, I really want to give him credit. He was thinking of cutting down his service charge as he didn't really need to do very much by himself, but I told him he definitely deserved at least that.

It was a good, completely positive experience. They were responsive, thorough, they did exactly what they said they were going to do and the cost was exactly what they said it was going to be. It was fast and responsive.

We would rate them very highly because we think they are wonderful. They are very quick, very respectful, easy to get along with, and very reliable.

am a home owner and manage a six unit apartment builcing. Air 1 has handled all of my personal home and apartment heating and air conditioning service and installation for years. they have replaced heaters in multiple apartments and installed a new heating and air conditioning system in my home. They do all the service on my heating and air conditioning systems at home and at the apartment building. They are professional and do a great job at a great price. I find them much less expensive than other services. I will definitely continue to use Amit and his team for all my heating and air conditioning needs as long as they are in business. I have recommending them to family and friends.

Give me a very useful advice and help me design the layout of the system. I am very grateful today that I listen to him. I am even able to save on my electric bill because they way the system is set up.
