Addison Pools Inc

I used to like Addison, I used to buy my pool equipment and chemicals there. They seemed really top notch. That is why I called them to help me with some problems I was having with my spa not working all the time as well as my spa draining too much into my pool causing a lower water level. Jesus seems really bright and helpful and speaks English, but the guy they sent out was worthless. He looked at my old spa equipment and said it needed to be replaced for 2k before even looking into any issues. He did not trouble shoot, he did nothing. He didn't even tell me what was wrong with it. It had been serviced 6 months ago by my home warranty company, and the service man, got his hands dirty and fixed the problem adding new wires and such. I paid him $60 to fix the issue. Not Addison, he moved a couple levers and said it works. As it does turn off and on...but not when I need it to. Since it fired up, it was working, he looked into no further even when I explained to him that was why I called for service. He moved to my next issue with the spa drainage saying very confidently that the new lever needed to be replaced and that would fix the problem I have been having. He left and came back an hour later with a part he screwed in. It didn't fix the problem I was having even though he said he fixed it. He left and I called Jesus and discussed the issue with him, he said that there other reasons why I was having the issue -- which wasn't explained to me by the service man before and that they could not fix it. I then had to fork over $125 for about 15 minutes of work and nothing fixed and no diagnostic (that is there service fee hourly). I was also going to use Addison for my pool service as quoted 158.00 per month for a tiny pool without chemicals, but after this experience, I feel taken advantage of and I was not happy with their service. I wish I would have called someone else. I will take all of my pool business else where.
