IT WAS GOOD, THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM AND THEY DID WHAT HAD TO BE DONE. IT WAS WHAT I EXPECTED. THE SERVICE GUY WAS PROFESSIONAL. THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN. THEY WERE KIND OF DEBATING ON HOW MUCH THE PRICE WOULD BE. THEY GAVE ME ONE PRICE, AND IT WAS ACTUALLY ANOTHER.
Description of Work: THEY DID SOMETHING THAT HAD TO DO WITH VIRUSES IN THE SOFTWARE.

I APPRECIATE THE MEMBER'S COMMENTS; HOWEVER, HE IS MISTAKEN ABOUT THE AMOUNT HE WAS CHARGED. OUR RECORDS SHOW THE MEMBER WAS CHARGED $138.00, WHICH HE PAID BY CHECK ON 8/25/2003. HIS POSTING IS DATED 7/29/2005, SO HE MAY BE MISTAKEN ABOUT THE REPAIR HE IS REFERRING TO.
