He name is Gary Ono. He always does a great job. He's been in business for years and I've used him for years. It's just a little shop and we have to go back to the dealer if we have anything to do with the warranty. The price was a lot less than what I expected. I like him because I know he does a good job and he is fast. He'll gives us a call and discuss anything that needs to be done. We usually have to get an appointment because he is well known. He is accommodating.
