Very prompt and worked fast. He is a retired fireman and knows what to look for.

Punctual, professional and courteous. He completed the inspection thoroughly and provided recommendations for routine maintenance. He did pressure me to clean the chimney when it was not required.

The people that put in our fireplace insert recommended them. He was very professional and made suggestions that we thought were excellent and things we were not aware of. He is a retired fireman so we felt comfortable that he knew what he was taking about. The pricing was excellent and his timing was really good.
