Once installed and paid for, Sunbather sent us a letter saying to turn off system in winter months when we wanted it the most. We did NOT want a pool heater for summer months when temperatures are high 90 degF to 105 degF. There never was a need for this heater unless it heats in Winter months which it is not doing at all. Sunbather should have disclosed this BEFORE installing. Also, in first 30 days, the circulating pump broke open and leaked pool water into the ground. Sunbather will not repair it until summer months when system is turned back on. This is another dispute with Sunbather since system is so new all should work now.
