The men who came to do the work were polite, hard working and finished when they said they would.  There was one area that was not done right and when the owner, Mike Stokes, saw it, had the boards taken out and reprinted twice to match the rest of the living room.

They did an excellent job. They went above and beyond with what they needed to fulfill the contract. They refinished it multiple times in order to match the texture of the existing hard wood floor. They were very friendly and very nice.
