I value you as my client and will continue to meet your building, repair and remodeling needs. The company is just me, so you get hands on service. I will use sub-contractors where I think appropriate. Estimate is free. I charge for bidding, but the bid fee will be refunded if I win the job. 15% labor discount if you mention Angie's List.
