Siers Construction

It went very well. I've already detailed the work performed above in the "what did the provider do sect ion?"  Jim Siers would arrive for work at the time agreed each day. He was very quiet and professional, and was VERY diligent in inspecting and performing all work. I was home (operation), so I was right there, but not in his way when he was working.

From the moment Jim Siers showed up to give me an estimate on all the work that I thought needed to be done to my home until completion time, I must say that the entire project was executed to perfection and with the highest possible level of professionalism. During the initial and succeeding meetings with Jim Siers, he has made suggestions and recommendations that I thought enhanced the outcome of the remodel. I appreciated the manner to which he handled a typical homeowner's emotional outbursts in certain panicky situations. The Siers Construction crew were the best. I never had second thoughts in leaving my home to do errands because I knew I could trust them. They were very respectful of my home and everything in it. They took care of cleaning up at the end of each working day and made sure that all tools and equipments were stashed away safely before they left my home. They were very considerate in all aspects of my regular home life, even down to the music they played on their radio. Needless to say, I was very satisfied with the crew's workmanship, professionalism, promptness, honesty and general demeanour towards me and each other. The crew foreman, Reynolds, represented Siers Construction most effectively. The Contractor and crew's level of outstanding customer service was indeed an added plus to an otherwise long, expensive, and messy undertaking. I am happy to say that the total outcome of the remodel was very satisfactory. I got everything I ever wanted and dreamed of plus more. With Jim's and the crew's fine workmanship, my home got it's much needed repair and lift. I am one very happy and satisfied customer and would recommend Siers Construction to anybody needing home repairs/remodels or even a new build. P.S. - A true testimony to a contractor's reputation is one where customer's rave about the work and the completed project as a whole. I went through another extensive remodel 15 years ago with a contractor I would never ever recommend to anyone, even to my worst enemy.
