We had pool service with Rogers for a couple years and they were fine till they hired young Shelby who had no idea what she was doing. our pool was green with rust color on the bottom for ages. We called and called. She also dumped the basket of leaves etc on our lawn, helped herself to lemons, and did not brush or vacuum the pool. I finally got fed up and let her go..\
They also nickeled and dimed us to death. At one point my monthly bill was 404 dollars.
