We are happy to customize the scope of services as well; from Full Services to generating a "Builder's Set." That way you get only the Architectural Services you need or can afford. Most of our work is residential (New homes, additons & alterations, barns & outbuildings) & many clients need only those construction documents required to obtain a building permit (a "Builder's Set.")(they can pick their own countertop material, light fixtures, etcetera.) This saves the client a lot of money & we are happy to help out, on an hourly basis, when you do need the extra help. On the other hand if you want us to design everything, including the silverware, we are also happy to do so.
