There were days that the workers did a good job.  But generally they seemed to do as little as possible.  For example a big branch fell off my giant redwood tree, and they left it there for several weeks.  I had to call and ask them to removed the dead limb a month after it fell.  Also the men did not even walk around the property to clean up the dead wood I had left in piles, they just left them there.
The last straw for me was when they arrived on my property and stayed in their truck for 10 minutes, then got out and did two things and left in 20 minutes.  I called the office about this 4 times within one week and no one ever called me back.  I left the final message that I did not want a contract with them if they couldn't call me back.  They never called and never came again.  I spent about $2000. with them in about 3 months, and it was over.  Odd.I

I did not have a positive experience with them.  It was not personalized and the quality of work and attention to detail was really very low.  I had to stay on them a lot to feel satisfied.  We had agreed on certain plants and apparently they went to their nursery and couldn’t find those plants so they came back with different plants without consulting us.
