 + -1 moreThere were days that the workers did a good job. But generally they seemed to do as little as possible. For example a big branch fell off my giant redwood tree, and they left it there for several weeks. I had to call and ask them to removed the dead limb a month after it fell. Also the men did not even walk around the property to clean up the dead wood I had left in piles, they just left them there. The last straw for me was when they arrived on my property and stayed in their truck for 10 minutes, then got out and did two things and left in 20 minutes. I called the office about this 4 times within one week and no one ever called me back. I left the final message that I did not want a contract with them if they couldn't call me back. They never called and never came again. I spent about $2000. with them in about 3 months, and it was over. Odd.I
Description of Work: First they came to cut back a big overgrown hedge and do some other random clean-up in the yard. They charged me $1500. for that . Then I hired them to come every other week to do some maintenance. They changed the day on me without prior notice. They did not come at the same time every week and I had a hard time arranging to talk to the actual workers. The last time the two men came out to my house they worked for 20 minutes and left. Since the charge was $70. a visit, I did not think the time was right. So I called the office. The thing that annoyed me most is that they did not call me back. That week I called them 5 times and they never called back. That was a deal breaker for me.

 + -1 moreI did not have a positive experience with them. It was not personalized and the quality of work and attention to detail was really very low. I had to stay on them a lot to feel satisfied. We had agreed on certain plants and apparently they went to their nursery and couldn’t find those plants so they came back with different plants without consulting us.
