Fine Tree Care

I have hired Jeff and his crew on two occasions. The first was tree trimming and felling > $10,000. The second was brush management and then tending for three different burn piles - $4,000. First - Jeff and his folks are tree whisperers. What I mean is that they are not "hacks", rather they deeply consider the tree, the trees relationship to other trees, and the surrounding environment. They see things that the rest of us mortals don't see. Second - cost and value . For the first job I received three bids. Jeff was competitive - on one occasion he was more - but I am certain I got far greater value than if I had gone for the cheaper bid. On the other he was less - but, I am still sure I got better value. Third - this year I had several burn piles and I was a nervous Nelly. Jeff brought a team who cleared the underbrush and then rebuilt the piles for a clean safe burn. The crew was composed of two former 20+ year veteran fire-fighters. They brought heavy equipment. They did an awesome job. Plus they stayed busy during the burn by helping to fix my road, plus they cut us an awesome redwood bench! We have 25 acres. There is always more to do to keep the land stewarded and to reduce the fire hazard. I will continue to hire Fine Tree - for many years.

It was great they are wonderful, they are thorough and make sure my expectations were met. They are timely and happy to work with.

Excellent service from start to finish. Called to get an estimate, got call back within hours from Jimmy who came over to preform the estimate that same day when he found out I wasn't onsite full time. I mentioned that I had some immediate concerns and I wanted recommendations on what we should/needed to do immediately and what I could do in 4-6 months. We walked the property and he made his suggestions, never being pushy, and giving me his recommendations on what should be done now and what to think about and do in the future. We agreed on the trees for this job and he emailed me an estimate the next day. They accommodated my scheduling needs easily, and called me the night before reconfirming that they would be coming out. Service was performed over two days, they performed all the work agreed upon. I showed up on the second day to find piles of log rounds and all the debris chipped into two neat piles. They even chipped a bunch of branches that had come down in recent storms. I couldn't have been happier with the level of service, helpfulness and friendliness I experienced.

I can not speak more highly about the quality of service and expertise of Jeff and his crew at Fine Tree Care.
We called Jeff and he came out and gave us a estimate of what needed to be done.  Because of the scope of work, we went ahead and scheduled a full day's work for a crew of 7.  As we booked a full day, we could get a substantial discount over the prices quoted by other companies.
On the day of the project, Jeff arrived with Crew Chief Jimmy and crew members: Dan Greg, Rico, Churro, and Joey.  We've dealt with a lot of other tree services in the past, but were totally blown away by the detail briefing Jeff provided his crew before work began.  We've never had a service that spent that much time making sure upfront that they would be getting the job done right.
As the crew worked, we were delighted at the care they took with our trees and the safe working measures taken.
At the end of the day, the meticulous cleanup left our property in perfect condition.
We will be using Fine Tree Care in the Future and we've already recommended it to others in our neighborhood.

He came out the day we called to give an estimate. It went very well. They cleaned up everything when they were done. A crew of seven came out and they were all professionals. They knew exactly what they were doing and it took them about six hours. I would definitely use them again.
