 + -1 moreAfter interviewing a number of real estate agents in the area, I chose Ann as she had the best and most reasonable approach to selling a property that had been neglected for several years.
Description of Work: Ann Harris did a fantastic job of not only listing the property for sale but also coordinating everything that was required to get a very deferred maintenance property ready for sale. She arranged all work to be done, all inspections and anything else that was required.I would strongly recommend utilizing the services Ann provides for buying or selling any property.

 + -1 moreThey took me around to see houses. I looked at around 20 properties. The real estate agent had partnership with her sister-in-law. So, I was dealing with both of them. I do not think I paid them because I was the buyer. They were very helpful. I found them in the phonebook. They are a huge company. I am satisfied with my house. I will use them again if required.
Description of Work: I used Coldwell Banker, two and a half years ago. I used them for purchasing a house.
