Thorough job on a 42 year old house; removed two layers of basic shingles, repaired much plywood, then put on new reflective shingles. Also arranged for new gutters. Now I hope we will get some rain!

Mr. Benelli actually called the day I contacted Home Advisors and came within 10 minutes of our phone conversation. He repsired a missing screw where water was getting in from a vent.

We had a minor prob. with loose zinc strips flopping in the wind at the peak of our roof. Ben happened to be free and came right over, fixed the strip and looked at other minor issues, for a very reasonable fee. Very personable and helpful. Will be my roof guy in the future.

Does not get any better then this. They went out of there way to do the best job on my roof. My roof had major problems and they took there time to correct them. I'm glad to have them as my roofer.

In summary honest, bargain price, high quality work. Honest: told me I didn't quite yet need a roof for a year or two. Not pushy about getting the job. Didn't push to replace gutters like others. Bargain price. Lower than several competitors. Quality work. Original quote was for 15 year quality. Got best quality for small price increase. Still much less than I've seen put in nearby, for as good or better quality. Has experience and takes pride in his work.

Benelli inspected my roof twice and discussed it at length. No further work required. He charged me nothing!

Benny seems to have made the repair correctly, as we've had no leaks since he came out. Overall, it was a very good value. He was somewhat late for a second job, but he made it just in time.
