Excellently...as always. Especially with a brand new showroom, waiting area, and service area, it's a pleasure. Driving up to the service bay is like driving up to a 4-star hotel. You are greeted by a service rep the moment you are ready to exit the vehicle. It is first-class all the way. They also did me a favor and reattached my front and back license plates and frames, including a new Victory Toyota frame on the front to replace the one from the dealership I purchased the car from (in another city).

We have a warranty plan for service. They are easy to get an appointment with. They are quick. They do a really good job. They even came out to our house to put in a new stereo system, and updated our GPS system.

The rear speaker grill of the car started crumbling. I wanted to buy a couple of grill covers, and they said I had to buy the whole package and that it would cost quite a bit to get it installed. They have always done good work for me generally and have always gone out of their way for me. They have always been very helpful. I can easily make appointments and even get loaner cars from them. Their customer service is great and their pricing is right on the money.

I've had 4 mechanics look at it. I called Victory several times, said they would have to check it out, they had never changed one. They said it would cost between $250-$300 to get take the car apart and get to the place to change the light bulb. The light bulb cost only $4. They said buyer be weary.
