He did repair it, and the workers told us there were not enough screws put in originally. The company went bankrupt.

The Gutters had been cleaned by the gardener the week before, but they tacked on a $200 fee for cleaning 20 feet of already clean gutter while putting in proper bolts to fix the poor initial installation that they did. There was no written estimate given for this. The owner of the company came over and was so aggressive that he was asked to leave and not come back. The bill was settled with a compromise of paying for work not done to get rid of them.

"The member is not the owner of the house & is not the person who hired Sun Rain. The Original job was done 5 years prior, no maintenance was ever done to the gutter system in that time. The real owner was happy to pay for the repair bill. The member needs to keep his comments to an honest level. he was never invole in the initial Estimate, Repiar, or Completion of the repair. The real owner of the house sign for a Cleaning & Repiar of the gutters system, if the gardener cleaned the gutter why hould the real owner hire us to clean them. The main issue is that the member is upset cause Sun Rain Inc. did not do the extra the member wanted done for free, cause Sun Rain was Obligated to the binding contract between Sun Rain Inc. & The Real Owner Of The House! She Hired Us to do the original job, she called us back to do the repairs, she paid us on both accounts with no complaints. Please member if you want to make comments please make one that is true, & base it on a contract that is written to you. Thank You."
