As long as I’m in this area I won’t let anyone (service) touch my laptop, except Tim. I needed a new laptop after my old HP, and 2 Lenovo Thinkpads (oh, the irony) crashed within 2 month's. FOLLOW HIS DIRECTIONS, don’t mess around with the settings, he does that all for you. I couldn’t be happier with the service Tim provided.

I am very satisfied with Tim, I have used him for several years and he has always been helpful and solved my problems./ This time my computer .was loaded with garbage.. After several hours Tim was able to restore everything and also installed an anti-virus program which should prevent future problems, I recommend Tim very highly, he is talented person.

He is really good at what he does.  He is professional and he will guide you through it all when he is done.  My laptop is at least 6 yrs old and was running too slow and everything he did made it run smoother and alot faster.  I am very happy with the service I recieved.

He took my 6-year old laptop from a condition where it didn't even realize it had wifi capabilities, had massive adware issues, and all sorts of software problems (some hardware problems, as well), and while keeping all my personal data and files, took my laptop to a
better-than-new condition.  He even recommended great additional software to stop further issues, as well as helpful additions for my
laptop based on my work and recreational usage habits.

My laptop would not recognize any wireless networks, would not recognize the battery charge correctly, and had a massive amount of well-hidden adware.

In about 3 days (while he had other projects, no less), he was able to keep all my data, program installations (we talked beforehand on what I wanted to keep and what I didn't need), and personal settings, but still correct everything that I'd been having trouble with.  He also replaced my system by doing the reinstall, which means it's running faster, more efficiently, and most importantly, correctly!

He was extremely professional, and ensured I understood the entire process starting from the very beginning.  He even went so far as to explain why he recommended certain programs, as well as why he preferred to avoid some others.

He is extremely helpful, and did everything he could to ensure we both were working together to complete the service as best as possible for my needs.
