Georgine was friendly, professional and very helpful with ideas from our first meeting with her. We had a rough idea what we wanted- a wall of shelves in our living room for books and media but we weren't exactly sure about the details, what kind of wood, stain, design, etc. She showed us many pictures and showed us wood samples in her office, and came to our house to help us decide what would work best in our living room. She gave us much more personalized attention than a previous carpenter we had contacted, and her estimate was about 25% lower. Her crew started and completed the work in the time frame they promised, and there were no overruns on the price estimate. It completely changed the look of our living room for the better. The unit is versatile because the shelves are moveable, even though it looks like they are permanently in place. We now have a useful and beautiful living room wall.
