Provider's service was adequate but some business practices and level of professionalism were poor! I contacted this agency
because it is locally owned and I'd anticipated more personalized service. This expectation was met but after the initial  contacts, things began to seem a little "smarmy". For example, the owner gave me her standard estimate for her services ($900 WOW!)  . This seemed exorbitant to me but she mentioned that she could call "someone" who is an insured handyman who would repair any construction (small shed), as necessary. She neglected to tell me that this "someone" was her husband! (Legitimate arrangement, I realize, but this seemed kind of sneaky to me; I should have followed my instincts). She was kind enough to agree to let me pay the balance in two payments (at this price, I should hope so). Her husband was punctual and completed the work  but I was quite disappointed to be charged the standard amount for a job even he described as "much smaller than we usually do". He and his assistant (who left cigarette butts all over by back garden) were here from 9:00-11:40. Given this, his rate was
over $300 per hour! (I work with physicians who charge less than this per hour!). The appointment ended with his walking
(uninvited) into my kitchen (after being in a filthy, rat dropping-infested space. I don't even walk into my house with shoes on,
after being in the shed). Most annoying to me, additionally, was that he brought his dog along with hi, who roamed all over 
my property (unbeknownst to me, until I discovered a llitle "treasure" left behind after their departur)!. I would never recommend
them to anyone. Call ORKIN, if you need help. They're "corporate" but, I'm sure' much more professional!
