In developing the estimate, we discussed the type and efficiency of furnace to purchase. He examined my gas bills plus my 'heating habits' and recommended a less-expensive 80% efficiency model. He calculated the higher-priced high-efficiency models would take about 60 years to pay off thought lower gas bills. I was impressed he didn't push the higher priced models.
On installation day they started right at the time promised. They covered the floors under the attic work area. The carpet under the attic access hole was cleaner when they left than before they arrived. They provided excellent service. I'll likely have them back to replace my water heater next.
