 + -1 moreOVERALL THIS EXPERIENCE WAS SATISFACTORY. I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO SEE HIM DIG A LITTLE DEEPER FOR MORE RECENT SALES IN A RISING MARKET. HIS LACK OF DOING THIS COST ME $1400 EXTRA IN FEES TO FANNIE MAE.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY PROVIDED THE APPRAISAL FOR THE REFINANCE OF MY HOME. THEY WORKED WITH MY FINANCE COMPANY TO DO THE LOAN.
