I saw an ad for Rob's company on Craigslist. I had several electricians lined up to call - Rob was the first and I was sold after our first conversation. Rob was extremely professional and took the time to explain the entire process to me. We had several subsequent conversations (I wanted to confirm the fixtures I bought would work) and met once to go over the project.
Rob called the day before he was scheduled to do the work to confirm the appointment. He and his brother showed up on time and ready to work. Their work was outstanding! They spent the whole day at my place and got everything done - and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. I went back to test everything out - NO PROBLEMS AT ALL! I'm having Rob come back out to do additional work indoors and outdoors. I would not hesitate to contact him in the future - or recommend him to anyone in need of an electrician.
