Wilkins Computer Consulting is dedicated to the servicing and solving of your computer and networking needs. Our goal is to provide you with the options and knowledge you need to excel in your personal and business life. We strive to provide excellent customer service—not only in finding an answer to your problems, but also by teaching and providing you with the tools to feel more confident in the resolution of your issues in a current and ongoing basis. I also own a computer repair and consulting company, Computer Center Santa Cruz. We have a handful of technicians, offering Mac and PC repair, network support, and tutoring.

We offer Macintosh and Windows computer repair & maintenance. We can either go to your home or business, or you can meet us somewhere around town. We see ourselves as mentors and consultants, helping you to get the most from your technology. We also offer cell phone training, network setup and support services.
Services we don't offer
We have many friends in the industry, so if we don't do it, or can't fix it, we'll refer you to someone who can.

I had taken my computer twice to another outfit in the area and they weren't able to help at all, even though I paid the same price and had to haul the computer into the store twice, which meant I didn't have access to it for several days, each time.
I may not remember all the advice he gave me for avoiding these problems (I'm a bit on the senior side), but at the price and the convenience, I'll just call him back and have him come again!
