I had their services for a roach problem which turned into a mouse problem and was very stubborn. Found out the property management had hired a guy to do some plumbing and he left some panels exposing the kitchen to the foundation. David had to come out multiple times and was very personable and professional. With a great attitude he kept fighting off the infestation before and after we had fixed opening to the foundation. Highly recommend him

They came out for an initial assessment (we were having a ton of spiders and webs in our yard) and proposed a bimonthly service. They were punctual and professional at the first appt. and do a great job I our yard!

Pied Piper was fast and courteous in helping us remove the several wasps nests that we discovered on our platform. Their on-phone operator was professional, courteous, and very helpful. I called late in the day and they were able to have a technician come out early the next morning.
Their technician was professional and efficient. He was careful for our safety and ensured we had all windows and doors properly shut and all pets were indoors before beginning his work. He was thorough, explained what he was going to do ahead of time, and completed the work in a timely fashion.
At the end of the work, he explained the company warrantee and was clear that if further work was necessary to eliminate the in-ground nests, he would come back out free of charge. We ended up needing a second treatment and he provided great service the second time around, as well.

I was using another company and was very satisfied with their service, but, they sold out to these guys and so far they seem like they have been okay. They have done a fine job so far. It is a service where they come out, do the work and give us the bill for that visit. They show up when they say they are going to show up, do the job and if there is any problem they come back to spray again and do what is necessary. At that stand point, they have lived up to expectations. They seem to have the same price as everybody else, so, I am happy with it.

I was very pleased. I had a problem with roaches and other insects so they told us exactly what we had to do and the cheapest way to go about it. They were easy communicators and caring people. The guys usually come out when were not home but we trust them, and they never leave a mess. We can't even tell they are here; they do the work and move on. They are very trustworthy people.
