Sandman Glass's supplier messed up badly. It wasn't Sandman's fault but it reflects badly on them. The mirror I ordered was delivered over one week late by the supplier. Sandman gave me a free can of glass cleaner for my trouble. In detail: Order placed on Monday and I said I needed the mirror by Friday. Was told that is usually not a problem. On Friday they called and said it wasn't ready from the supplier but would be delivered on, I think, Monday. Sandman called me again on Monday to say the supplier's delivery guy had the paperwork for my mirror but no mirror. It would be delivered on Thursday. Which it was, but it was a week later than I really needed it. As I said, not entirely Sandman's fault but they ought to find someone else to provide their mirrors.
