GS construction crew was outstanding. Show up on time and completed all the work on schedule and on budget. Easy to work with, professional and extremely experience work group. At the end Gavin made sure all the little things were taken care of. Normally it's hard to get you contractor back to finish the odds and ends. Not so with GS construction. Nice job guys!!!!!

In fact I can't speak to the "value for the money" question... in the end he was the only contractor that gave me a quote. But the work was high quality and the contractor was thoroughly professional. If I paid a little extra for the job (which I may not have) it was worth it.

We proposed an addition of an attac/roof to an older home that was a little complicated and Gavin delivered. He readily accepted the challenge, enthusiastically organized the project and with his hardworking crew accomplished our desires quickly and competently. We found Gavin communicative, responsive and supportive in working out the details ... on time and within our budget. We were very pleased with the results. We recommend Gavin and his crew as reliable professionals.

GS Construction exceeded my expectations. I hired them after interviewing 12 contractors and getting bids from 6. They rebuild my duplex from the foundation up.

Very good quality, good communication, fair and balanced execution with any additional item that came up. I think a fair price also.

Gavin and company was prompt, friendly and very helpful. We hired them to repair an aging deck and some termite-infested eaves. He was able to fix everything quickly and kept us appraised every step of the way. We'd be glad to use him again for larger projects we have coming up.
