It's Santa Cruz so we have often had problems with service people showing up and showing up on time however Brass Key was not only on time he was early. He went to work and was done in less than an hour I would use them over and over again

This is a small, well-run, friendly and dependable company. We are pleased with every aspect of service and the company stands behind customer service regarding every aspect of their business. When they don't have an item you need right away, they call the local competitors to help you locate it and give you directions to the location when necessary, knowing that they are building a faithful clientele who appreciates their helpfullness. The entire staff provides good service with a smile.
