Kevin was incredibly prompt, efficient, helpful, professional and friendly. Within a day I had the results of his inspections, and within another day I had a full report of his findings. I highly recommend Kevin and ARE.

It's hard for me to give a perfect rating without being able to compare to others. But Kevin did a great job with the inspection. I was able to get a details report in about 1-2 days. Kevin was responsive to questions and sent me a preview of the results after 1 day prior to fully writing up the report. I would hire them again in the future though. Great experience.

I was so impressed with Holland! Totally professional, friendly and customer service. Meeting him and observing the way he worked and kept me informed all the time I trusted him completly. The results were back just as he said they would be.

I had a respiratory problem arise after I was cleaning out an estate. Holland told me what kind of mask to get so that I would not develop further problems. This was before the inspection. When we met for the inspection, he showed me how to use the mask. His inspection was thorough and his report was prompt. He was very knoledgeable and explained things to me in terms that I could understand while he was inspecting. One of the reasons that I chose Applied Reale Estate Inspections was that is what he does: inspections!

I told him about my suspected mold problem and he immediately reassured me and suggest several things I might do. He said he didn't want to come out and charge me if th3e problem didn't warrant it.
