General Remodeling
The vast majority of the work that Wanderly did was bad. Some of the painting, the carpet and part of one bathroom were okay. Otherwise, we have had to redo all that was done. I was told that he was paid $70,000 for his services. We have had to pay at least that much to fix his mistakes and do the job correctly. Wanderly is not a licensed contractor. For the most part, he used cheap labor and materials to try to make the house look pretty just before selling it. There was paint on many window frames and hardware, that in some cases is impossible to remove without scratching the surface. The superficial tile installation and tile painting in two bathrooms was a complete waste. We had to rip it all out and start from over. All the plumbing work was leaky and/or defective. He painted the kitchen cabinet doors and did a very poor job rehinging them. All the light and plumbing fixtures he installed were cheap looking and of poor quality. Wandery should stick to staging only.
