The owner came over to assess the size and complexity of the job. He provided a very reasonable quote, and we set a date for the work to be done in the near future. The crew showed up ready to tackle the job, with all sorts of ladders and gear. They did a wonderful job. I couldn't watch when they were on the highest ladders though.

Pacific Window Cleaning was responsive - they were able to accommodate my schedule and provide their services within 2 weeks of my first call, despite it being busy season for them. They were professional, courteous and thorough. My windows absolutely sparkle, and some of them are very high up and challenging to reach due to the hilly terrain. I am very pleased with the results and feel that I got a good value for the price. Windows are hard to get cleaned well - trust me and hire the professionals to do it for you. It is well worth it. Thank you Cathleen and Robin and crew. I will happily recommend your services in the future.
