HE ALWAYS CALLS UP BEFORE COMING OVER. HE IS COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, AND ALWAYS ON TIME. HE REALLY TAKES TIME DOING THE TUNE UP AND DOES A VERY GOOD JOB.

ASIDE FROM NOT LIKING OUR PIANO, BECAUSE IT IS DIFFICULT TO TUNE, THE SERVICE IS VERY WELL PERFORMED. OUR PIANO GETS LOTS OF USE, SO BAD RESULTS WOULD BE VERY NOTICEABLE.
