The contractor's name is Frank Liong. He also did a lot of other stuff that included fences. He started off as an electrician, but he is a general contractor now. He was great. He was much cheaper than everyone else for the same job. He is a very practical general contractor, so he offers a lot of alternatives which are better balances on cost than the other contractors we talked to. It was a more reasonable type approach. When you mention a back yard remodel to a lot of the other contractors, they go overboard. We were looking for something a lot simpler than that. I would use him again in the future.
