 + -1 moreYou hook it to your TV and then you get Netflix from your modem. It is excellent. You are connected to them through internet. You subscribed to pay channels or free channels. They have all kinds of free stuff. Go get ti. It is only $50. It is a little device like a pack of cigarettes and you plug it in the back of your TV and it wirelessly connects to your internet service modem. If you are a TV and movie freak like me, you cannot beat this.
Description of Work: I use Roku for online entertainment.

In addition to contacting Roku's customer service, I emailed a discussion monitor on one of Roku's technical service boards and the VP of Operations with the exact dates of contact and associated lack of response and did not receive a response from either individual. If this was to happen once or twice in a row, I could understand the mistake, but 6 times in a row is no accident!
Description of Work: On Dec 14, I purchased 2 Roku Netflix players both with a 30 money back guarantee. I attempted to return one of them (unopened) on Dec 30 by calling their customer support line. The company provides free shipping back to the company as part of the guarantee. I recieved an email from the company saying that the shipping label will be sent within 1-2 days, but no response. I recontacted the company, got an apology and another notice of dellivering a shipping label in 1-2 days. No response, which lead to another contact of the company. This has happened 6 times with no shipping label sent!
