Ben called and came out only to give me estimate was lower from my first estimate. He returned the next day, packed up 3 8x 11 area rugs and 5 other slightly small rugs. He also cleaned eight dinning room chair seats on the spot (my driveway). After two weeks he returned the eight rugs, and replaced them in each area. All the fridge on the rugs like new, and the color on the rugs stood out and make the rugs look like new. Great job. Friendly and very resonable.

They cleaned the carpets in three rooms. It took about 2 days for the carpets to fully dry, but that was OK because the carpets seemed to be cleaned more deeply than the previous two providers I used. I had previously used a company that used a dry method of cleaning and another that used steam. The carpets looked clean when they were done, but after a couple of weeks the stains started to reappear. I believe that was because the stains began wicking up from deeper in the carpet. With this service that was not a problem. There were some stains that couldn't be removed completely, but at least I could see that immediately and I didn't get any surprises with stains reappearing.

THIS CARPET COMPANY IS GOOD AND HE IS THOROUGH. MY FURNITURE IS WHITE SO I HAVE TO HAVE IT CLEANED OFTEN. THE CARPET LOOKED BRAND NEW WHEN HE GOT THROUGH WITH IT. I THOUGHT HIS PRICE WAS FAIR.
