The project went poorly. It was not completed on time or on budget. The finish work and painting was done poorly. I have had to have other contractors come finish the job because MASCO was not capable of completing the job to a reasonable level of quality. When I expressed my concerns about the quality (crooked tiling, uneven trim and baseboards, incomplete painting, paining without taping...) of the work, the owner dismissed my complaints by saying that this was the quality of work one would get in a new house and did not come up with realistic plans to meet my expectations.
