Great service. I emailed Jim and he called me back within minutes, and scheduled Adam to come out and clean the gutters the next day. He explained the process, that Adam would look at the situation, then Jim would talk to me with a quote, and that's exactly what happened. Adam arrived on time, even though I live waaay up in the mountains, and estimated three hours to clean all the gutters, which turned out to be exactly how long it took him. The house has a loads of small roof gutters, and he did a great job clearing each of them out, and cleared all the debris up when he was finished. He even fixed two of my downspouts that had fallen off. Excellent calm and professional service—I'll definitely be calling Jim next season!

Thomas and two laborers did a thorough and very good quality job in 1.5 hours. However, since the job was not large, he stubbornly refused to lower the price more than $10, from $235 to $225. He complained that he has to pay workers comp, which is perfectly fine, but still the price was way too high, especially since my son and I raked about a 4" thick mat of leaves off the roof a few days before.

Jim came the day after I called him. He arrived on time, and he and his helper did an excellent job. I would certainly use him again. He also does other kinds of home maintenance, and I am sure he does a good job on those, too.
